Community in the Courthouse for Everyday Citizens #princegeorges #md #justice

Prince George's County State's Attorney, Angela D. Alsobrooks sent out a message to active citizens to invite them to join a new initiative, "Community in the Courthouse" for monthly meetings "where everyday citizens come together to learn more about, get involved in and monitor the criminal justice system.".

The first one will take place on Friday, January 25 at 8:30 a.m in the Courthouse,14735 Main Street. in room M-0421 in Upper Marlboro.
"Guest speakers at this meeting will include administrators from the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS)."
"We will discuss how our office collaborates with that agency and other things we can do to improve the quality of life of our county, as it relates to young people who may have involvement with the criminal justice system."
RSVP by sending an e-mail to Ola Hill at omhill[at]co.pg.md.us. They'll have coffee and breakfast items.
