Happy Primary Election Day! More resources if needed

It's Tues. Sept. 14. The Primary Election will run from 7 am to 8 pm. If you don't know where your polling place is, you can put your address in a form on this page and find out (if you lost your voting card which you don't need in order to vote).

Remind everyone that they can vote for Board of Education even if they're not registered with a party. In District One and District 9, there are several running, so this election will matter. You can vote for two during the primary and then during the general election Nov. 2, you can vote for the one who will serve. The other candidates in Prince George's County will likely win in the general election if they're Democrats if they win in the primary.

Get a list of candidates with links to information and videos about them at the Gazette's Voter's Guide.

I put over 100 videos online from the NAACP Candidate Forum. I didn't get them all on, but I got the county executive debates, the state's attorney candidates' questions and answers, and at least one statement from each school board member who attended. See the candidate videos here.

I'll try to post results tomorrow.
