Sierra Club's Climate Action Campaign

You're invited...

*Sierra Club's Climate Action Campaign Kickoff Meeting!*

When: Wednesday September 19th, 7:00 pm
Where: College Park City Hall, 4500 Knox Rd.
Why: Because it's time for Maryland to step up and take the lead on Global Warming.
Bring: Yourself, friends, and the munchies-- snacks will be provided!

Now is Maryland's time to step up against global warming. Governor O'Malley is receptive, but needs to be convinced that Maryland citizens want rigorous global warming pollution reductions-- 20% by 2020 and 80% by 2050, the targets needed nation-wide to avoid the worst impacts of global warming.

Join neighbors, Sierra Club members, non-members, and concerned citizens to get involved in the Sierra Club's Climate Action Campaign this fall. Maryland is poised to lead, and it's going to take all of us working together to make it happen. Bring yourself, friends, ideas, and a desire to make a difference!

Please forward widely!
