Chaplain Plummer's 163rd Birthday Celebration

Tomorrow there's a free celebration in Riverdale for "the first Black man appointed chaplain in the U. S. Army". He was court martialed on what was believed to be trumped-up charges, so Governor Ehrlich finally overturned it in 2004. The Prince George's Co. Hall of Fame recognized him also. Here's the event information:
