"Serial rapist may be in south county" & other news

Serial rapist may be in south county (Gazette)
A series of sexual assaults that occurred last week in the Clinton and Fort Washington areas could be the work of a serial rapist, but police said they had not confirmed the cases are linked.... (read story) Anyone with additional information about this case should call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit at 301-772-4908.

Wed. night's community meeting in Accokeek was sparsely attended and someone said it may have been due to a popular entertainment tv show (I don't remember the name - I obviously don't watch it. Goes to show where our neighbors' priorities are. Of course, I also know that we all need to put up our feet sometime and life can be hectic, but everyone can do a little to help make our democracy work, especially if you're prone to complain about it.
